First, To Increase Testosterone

Before I started my weight lifting program, I had my testosterone level checked and found out I was suffering from low testosterone.  That’s why I was so dragged out all the time.  So I had to find a good supplement to help me increase testosterone before I could even think about muscle building.  I needed a good testosterone replacement product and I found one.  Now I’m working out at the gym three times a week and can see great results for my efforts.
